1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all addresses across India, including:

• All major metropolitan cities
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
• Rural areas and remote locations (delivery times may vary)

We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please contact us for international order inquiries.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons (festivals, sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 days. We will notify you if there are any delays.

We partner with leading courier services across India to ensure reliable delivery:

• DTDC
• Ecom Express
• India Post (for remote locations)

The courier partner for your order will be selected based on your delivery location and the shipping method chosen.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• SMS notification with tracking details
• Email with tracking link and AWB number
• WhatsApp updates (if opted in)

You can also track your order by logging into your account and navigating to "Order History" or by contacting our customer support.

6. Delivery Guidelines

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Include landmark details for faster delivery
• Availability: Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the package
• ID Verification: A valid photo ID may be required for delivery verification
• P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address
• Remote Areas: Delivery to remote areas may take 2-3 additional business days

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails:

• Our delivery partner will attempt 3 deliveries
• You will receive notifications for each attempt
• If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us
• A refund will be processed minus the shipping charges
• To reschedule, contact us before the third delivery attempt

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
• Public holidays and festivals
• Civil unrest or strikes
• Pandemic-related restrictions
• Incorrect or incomplete address
